If your issue is with an email converter not specified above, then please enter the name of the converter in the box below:

Specifiy the version number of the email converter you are having a problem with - this can be found by pressing the Options button from the JobCert Control Panel, and then pressing the Converters button. You must then select the relevant email converter and press the Install button - the version number of that converter will then be displayed.
